A little piece of Indian artistry, made to glow.
Inspired by the intricate beauty of Meenakari craftsmanship and the timeless Indian peacock, the Peacock Candle brings together ornamental detail, warm metallic tones and the soft glow of candlelight.
The peacock motif at the centre is surrounded by fine, traditional-inspired patterns, creating a piece that feels as much like Indian décor as it does a candle. Finished in a rich antique-gold tone, it is designed to look beautiful even before it is lit.
Once the flame comes alive, the detailed vessel catches the light and transforms the room with a warm, intimate glow. Delicate dried rose petals scattered across the wax add a natural finishing touch.
The Story Behind the Design
The peacock has long held a special place in Indian art and design - celebrated for its colour, elegance and symbolism.
For this candle, we interpreted the peacock through the lens of Meenakari-inspired ornamentation: intricate patterns, repeating borders, rich detailing and a sense of craftsmanship that feels distinctly Indian.
Rather than recreating traditional Meenakari work, the design takes inspiration from its visual language and reimagines it for a contemporary home.
Traditional in inspiration. Contemporary in form.

More Than a Candle
Some candles disappear once the flame goes out.
This one stays.
Place it on your coffee table, bedside table, console or festive setup and let the vessel become part of your décor. Once the candle has been enjoyed, the container can be cleaned and repurposed as a keepsake or decorative piece.
- ITrim the wick to 6mm before every burn to prevent soot and mushrooming.
- IIAllow the wax to melt to the edges on first use — this prevents tunnelling.
- IIIBurn for no more than 4 hours at a stretch. Let the candle cool fully before relighting.
- IVKeep away from drafts, direct sunlight, and children. Never leave unattended.
- VStop use when 1cm of wax remains. The vessel is yours to keep — rinse with warm water and reuse.

We don't make thousands at a time. Every batch is deliberate — hand-poured, inspected, wrapped. When it sells out, it's gone. Because quality has a limit that volume doesn't respect.

Wara vessels are designed as permanent objects. When the fragrance is spent, clean the vessel — use it as a planter, a holder, a keepsake. You didn't buy a product. You acquired something that lasts.
