  • We reserve the right to update prices, offers, or promotions without prior notice.
  • Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.

 

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel/refuse any order at our discretion.
  • Reasons may include: out-of-stock products, errors in pricing/description, suspected fraudulent activity, or non-serviceable addresses.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to courier partners, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
  • Once the product is shipped, risk of loss passes to the customer.

 

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Customized, personalized, or sale items are strictly non-returnable.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
