Shipping policy

At Firefly Wick Co., we strive to deliver your products safely and quickly. Please read our shipping terms carefully.

 

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
  • Custom or bulk orders may take longer; timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.

 

2. Shipping Partners

  • We ship through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ekart, Xpresbees, Movein, Amazon shipping and India Post.
  • Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping may apply on eligible orders as per ongoing offers.
  • International shipping charges vary and will be calculated at checkout. Customs duties/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

4. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days.
  • Non-Metro Locations: 5–10 business days.
  • Remote Areas: Up to 12–14 business days.
  • International Orders: 10–20 business days (subject to customs clearance).

Note: Delivery delays due to courier issues, strikes, or natural causes are beyond our control.

 

5. Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal, the order will be marked as “RTO” (Return to Origin).
  • In such cases, reshipping charges must be borne by the customer.

 

6. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • Customers must report damaged or missing items within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
  • We will coordinate with courier partners for resolution. Our Return & Refund Policy applies.


7. International Shipping Disclaimer

  • Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included in the product price or shipping fee. These must be paid by the customer directly to authorities.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
